Delivery
After you place an order we contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your delivery address, the delivery cost (if any) and when to expect your order, before anything is dispatched.

Problems with an order
If an item arrives damaged, is not what you ordered or is missing, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where you can, a photo. We will put it right with you.
Returns
For your safety, opened health and herbal products cannot usually be resold. Contact us before returning anything so we can agree the best way forward.
